Description: The classic fettuccine Alfredo 🍝 is normally served with chicken 🐓 or shrimp 🦐 but I wanted to try something different for this cookbang - I opted for a New York strip steak 🐄. I prepared the steak medium-rare and the results were incredible. I've listed the directions from FudeHouse down below for the perfect steak 🤗👌🏼. I do, however, regret eating so much of the pasta and steak 😓😖. The food was incredibly heavy and, subsequently, caused a MAJOR food comatose. I would advise that you enjoy this in a reasonable portion - be careful! I was inspired by Divine Munchies's 🙋🏻❤️ incredible mukbang on Olive Garden and I felt inspired to challenge myself with my own version of the Italian classic. Set oven at 275 degrees 2. Rub a generous amount of salt and coarse black pepper on the steak 3. Place the steak on a rack and let it sit in the oven - internal temperature should be 125 degrees (about 3 minutes per oz. of steak). 4. Let the steak rest for 15 minutes. 5. Hard-sear the steak in a HOT cast iron skillet for about 1 minute each side (optional: add butter, garlic, and rosemary for comples flavors!) 6. Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes, and then serve.
